Terms of Service

By accessing or using UnlockMerchantCenter.com ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users including free and paid subscribers.

UnlockMerchantCenter.com is an independent automated compliance audit tool that scans publicly accessible e-commerce stores and Google Merchant Center accounts to identify potential policy violations and compliance issues. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC. "Google", "Google Merchant Center", and related names and logos are trademarks of Google LLC. All public documentation referenced in our audit checks is sourced from Google's publicly available Help Center and policy pages.

The Service is offered on a monthly subscription basis. Subscription plans include a set number of new store audits per month:

• Starter — 1 store audit per month ($49/month)
• Growth — 5 store audits per month ($149/month)
• Agency — 10 store audits per month ($299/month)

Re-scanning a previously audited store does not count toward your monthly limit. Subscriptions automatically renew each month unless cancelled before the renewal date. Billing is handled by Stripe.

All sales are final. Because audit results are delivered instantly and automatically as a digital service, we do not offer refunds once an audit has been performed within a billing period. If you cancel a subscription before an audit has been run in the current billing period, you may contact us to request a refund of the current period at our discretion.

Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until that date. See our Refund Policy for full details.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to scan stores without authorization from the store owner
• Attempt to circumvent subscription limits or access controls
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or copy the audit engine or report format for competitive purposes
• Share your account credentials with others

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Audit results are generated automatically based on publicly available information and publicly documented Google policies. We do not guarantee that following our recommendations will result in GMC approval or reinstatement. Compliance decisions are made solely by Google. We are not responsible for any business losses resulting from GMC suspensions or policy changes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UnlockMerchantCenter.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days prior to the claim.

All audit logic, UI design, and software comprising the Service are the intellectual property of UnlockMerchantCenter.com. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your own business purposes. Audit reports generated for your stores may be used and shared freely.

Third-party trademarks (including "Google", "Google Merchant Center", "Shopify", "WooCommerce") are the property of their respective owners. Their use on this site is for identification purposes only and does not imply endorsement.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or, where arbitration is not permitted, in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by email or on the Service. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
